We are offering FREE admission
into the facility. Many local vendors will be there promoting health and
fitness including; Oakwood
Hospital, SVS Vision,
Shwedels's Dentistry, Z-Coil pain relief footwear, and many more. Participants
can enjoy a light snack and free mini aerobic classes. Door prizes will be also
be available.
Everyone is welcome, the event
will run from 9 am to 3 pm
The health and fitness expo can
be enjoyed by all ages. Kids can learn to putt at the Taylor golf Table and bowl with
representatives from Skore Lanes. Don't forget about stopping in the Oakwood
Section. Many different departments of Oakwood group will be attending. The
Heart Health Screening, Childhood Asthma, Car seat safety, and Family Health
History are just a few that will be at the Taylor Recreation Center May 1st.

This is probably my favorite
event run at the Recreation
Center. Organizations get
to take a day and come to the Recreation center and fill the public with
wonderful information on how they can better their lives. Even in a small way
as just simply getting active could jumpstart someone to change and become a
healthier person. The Recreation Center
enjoys putting this event on because it gives us a chance to work with such
wonderful people and help them accomplish their health and fitness goals.
