Mary Ann Rilley, City Clerk
City Clerk Mary Ann Rilley has served the City of Taylor as a member and chairwoman of the City Council and as a member of the Solid Waste and Risk Management committees and Recreation Commission. She became clerk in August 2003. Her children, Elizabeth and Brian, attend Michigan State University and Wayne State University.
