Wayne County offers distressed property owners tax options

The Wayne County Treasurer's Office is offering distressed property owners tax options to avoid foreclosure.

The county offers the Distressed Owner-Occupant Extension, Interest Reduction Stipulated Payment Agreement and Stipulated Payment Agreement options.

These programs are available in November.
