Diabetes Personal Action Toward Health (PATH)
Patients and their caregivers will gain hands-on experience learning to manage all aspects of their diabetes including communicating better with family and friends, relaxation, understanding nutrition labels, handling difficult emotions, and increasing strength and endurance through physical activity.
